spending the day watching promotional dvds for southwestern states that i got from the library. here is my order of preference: #1 arizona, #2 nevada, #3 new mexico. i would place new mexico at a lower position if i could...all they talk about is fucking skiing! if i wanted to hear about skiing, i'd check out a promotional video about colorado, ferchrissakes.
edited: maybe i was too hard on new mexico...there is a pretty cool statue of a roadrunner made of wire and lights near las cruces. also, the roadrunner is the state bird. also, there is a house made of beer bottles and plaster in nevada.
